A man has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to a double shooting that happened earlier this month in the 6300 block of Vine Street in Elmwood Place that left one dead.
According to court documents, Stephen Nieman, 23, shot two people on Friday, Dec. 2, including Tomas Diego Andres, 37, who died after being shot.
Documents allege witnesses told police Nieman was verbally threatening “serious harm” to Andres and the other victim before pulling out a firearm.
Court records say a third person was with Andres and the other person when they were shot but was not struck.
Nieman, who the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office had an arrest warrant out for days after the shooting, was arrested at an apartment in Price Hill on charges of aggravated murder, attempted murder and three counts of felonious assault.
A woman, Dontieurya Grey, 24, was also arrested and charged with one county of obstruction.
